"Went to David because State Farm suggested I get my forms signed by him. I knew of his office because I’ve passed by David’s office in the past. Unfortunately David was rude and gave me a long lecture of why he didn’t have time for me and mansplained everything on the form. I asked if I could quickly fill it out correctly and have his help me sign. The answer was a stern no. He was un empathetic to my circumstances. I went into my car and filled out the last bits of it which took me less than a minute (less time than it took for him to lecture me). I ended up going to Marcia’s on fair oaks and she was so kind and sweet and so helpful! If you like mansplainers , stay with David! If you like knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic people, go with Marcia!"

"Great customer service. Goes above and beyond to help. I have used David for almost 20 years, for home and auto. I had a recent accident, a roadway object hit my car causing significant damage. It made for a complex claim. David got personally involved with the State Farm claims people to resolve a sticky issue in my favor that had developed several weeks after the accident. And he did it at 8:45 at night. That was going above and beyond, which he has done in the past too."

"I started with Statefarm in another state, since I've now moved back to CA for the foreseeable future, I was recommended a couple of state farm near me. "I had been with David Morales as an agent for about 2 years and with State Farm for about 11 years. I hope that the experience I had is not that of his other clients. I have switched agents and went from paying $235 with David to now $165 with a new agent (still State Farm). The reason: I recently found out that I had not been covered for the last 4 months. David Morales or his office never contacted me, though he assured me that letters were sent, but I received no mail, and especially no call that my policy was canceled. I spoke to both Kelly, Kaitlin, and David. Kelly transferred me to Kaitlin, and Kaitlin let me know she wasn't sure why it happened or why I received no notices. She did remind me that it was my responsibility to check my bank account. I should have been checking my bank account, but the charge was linked to my credit card and I just pay it off every month. Will be doing this in the future. However, David did call me personally, but he was still unable to tell me why it happened or guarantee me that it would not happen again. When I pressed him a bit more, he did let me know that "it goes both ways" and that I should have been contacting them and doing my part. For those looking for an agent I would recommend you to go with someone who your friends or family refer to. I think he has a bit too many clients, or is just not doing his due diligence. Hopefully this review will produce some changes in his business. However, if I were speaking to any friend or family, I would ask them to seek out other agents, before going to David and his associates. Someone who will save them money and protect them."
